Our shredder installation represent world's best practice, encompassing on line power consumption controls and demand monitoring and  Eddy Current Separation systems to maximize the non ferrous metallic yield. Shredder sites are completely hard surfaced with concrete, all drainage water being collected, passed through filtration systems and reused in the process.

A number of specially designed long reach electrically run pedestal mounted cranes equipped with efficient material handling attachments are employed throughout the operations to increase productivity and reduce operating costs.

Under the control of our Safety Manager & committee, safety is maintained by continually upgrading Safe Operating Procedures and benchmarking  with similar industries.

Environmental best practice is achieved and managed by Divisional management through systems based on the international ISO 1400.
